I’m a qualified and accredited counsellor offering face-to-face counselling in Manchester City Centre and online counselling across the UK. I provide a safe, calm, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship difficulties, supporting you to feel seen, understood, and supported. Counselling can help you better understand your experiences, develop coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

Whether you’re seeking counselling in Manchester or online therapy in the UK, taking the first step can feel daunting — but you don’t have to face it alone. Now is the right time to reach out and begin your journey toward professional counselling support.

My Professional Background...

My career has always focused on supporting and helping others. I began my counselling journey in 2010 with a counselling course in Manchester, which sparked a path of personal and professional development.

After working abroad, I trained at Leeds City College, completing a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and began seeing clients in 2019. I qualified in 2021 and continued my professional development at Leeds Beckett University, completing a BSc (Hons) in Therapeutic Counselling in 2023. During this time, I trained in a range of therapeutic modalities, enhancing my clinical skills and theoretical understanding.

Training within a highly regarded counselling organisation has enabled me to integrate my education and experience across a wide range of presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, and LGBTQIA+ support. I provide a safe, thoughtful, and compassionate space for clients, both online across the UK and face-to-face counselling in Manchester City Centre.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with its ethical framework and professional standards. I also hold professional accreditation with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (PNCPS Acc.), reflecting advanced training, experience, and ongoing professional development.

I work full-time in private practice, supporting individuals and couples across the UK and EU. My work includes collaborations with LGBTQIA+ organisations, private health insurance providers such as Bupa, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), and counselling support for students at the University of Salford.

I remain committed to ongoing professional learning, currently completing an online course in Compassion Focused Therapy and planning a future master’s degree to deepen my clinical practice.

What is an Integrative therapist?

As an integrative therapist, I combine different therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs and support your personal growth. At the heart of my work is person-centred therapy, providing empathy, understanding, and unconditional acceptance.

I also draw on psychodynamic therapy and transactional analysis to explore patterns from your past and understand how they influence your present life. This allows us to uncover meaningful insights and work towards practical solutions that feel right for you.

Together, we create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you are the expert in your own life. I’m here to guide and support you on your journey toward greater well-being, clarity, and emotional balance.

If you’re curious about how integrative therapy can support you, book a session or contact me to explore what might work best for your needs.

What is an accredited professional?

Being an accredited professional counsellor means your therapist has met rigorous standards of training, clinical experience, and ongoing professional development. Accreditation demonstrates that a therapist is competent, ethical, and safe to practice, meeting the requirements set by their accrediting organisation.

Choosing an accredited counsellor gives you reassurance that your therapist follows professional guidelines and upholds the highest standards of care. Accreditation also reflects a commitment to continual learning, supervision, and best practices in counselling and therapy.

Working with an accredited professional counsellor ensures you receive high-quality support in a safe, confidential, and ethical environment — whether you choose face-to-face counselling in Manchester City Centre or online counselling across the UK.
