Now is the right time to reach out and take that first step towards professional counselling support — you don’t have to wait.
My Professional Background...
My career has always centred on supporting and helping others. My counselling journey began in 2010 with a counselling course in Manchester, which sparked a path of self-discovery and professional development.
After time working abroad, I relocated to Leeds and trained at Leeds City College, completing a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I began seeing clients in 2019, qualified in 2021, and continued my professional development at Leeds Beckett University, completing a BSc (Hons) in Therapeutic Counselling in 2023. During this time, I trained in a range of therapeutic modalities, further developing both my clinical skills and theoretical understanding.
Training within a highly regarded counselling organisation has enabled me to integrate my education, experience, and expertise across a wide range of presenting issues. I offer a safe, thoughtful, and compassionate therapeutic space and feel privileged to support clients through their individual journeys, both online across the UK and face-to-face in Manchester City Centre.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with its ethical framework and professional standards. I also hold professional accreditation with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (PNCPS Acc.), which reflects advanced training, experience, and ongoing professional development in counselling and psychotherapy.
I currently work full-time in private practice, supporting individuals and couples across the UK and EU. My work includes collaborations with LGBTQIA+ organisations, private health insurance providers such as Bupa, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), and providing counselling support to students at the University of Salford.
I remain committed to ongoing learning and professional growth. I am currently completing an online course in Compassion Focused Therapy and plan to undertake a master’s degree in the future to deepen my clinical practice further.

What is an Integrative therapist?
As an integrative therapist, I combine different therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs and support your personal growth. At the heart of my work is person-centred therapy, providing empathy, understanding, and unconditional acceptance.
I also draw on psychodynamic therapy and transactional analysis to explore patterns from your past and understand how they influence your present life. This allows us to uncover meaningful insights and work towards practical solutions that feel right for you.
Together, we create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you are the expert in your own life. I’m here to guide and support you on your journey toward greater well-being, clarity, and emotional balance.
