Like many people, I have had varied jobs and roles over the years, but they all had one thing in common: helping others. In 2010, I decided to go on a journey of self-discovery on a counselling course in the centre of Manchester, where my journey of person-centered therapy began.
I work primarily on a remote basis, holding sessions via video calls, but I also have limited face-to-face meetings.
Personally, you may be feeling anxiety, low moods, and frustrations with the challenges of day-to-day life. Perhaps you are struggling with your relationship and have decided to reach out for support. Traumatic events in your past have made it difficult for you to move forward on your own.
I will support you in achieving self-acceptance and feeling more comfortable in your own skin, allowing you to be more spontaneous and open to new challenges without feeling anxious and fearful.
