Personally, you may be feeling anxiety, low moods and frustrations with the challenges of day to day life. Perhaps you are struggling with your relationship and have decided to reach out for support as an individual or as a couple. Past events that have been traumatic have left you finding it difficult to move forward on your own.
Like many people, I have had varied jobs and roles over the years but they all had one thing in common, helping others. In 2010 I decided to go on a journey of self-discovery on a counselling course in the centre of Manchester, where my journey of person centred therapy began.
I will support you towards self-acceptance and feel more comfortable in your own skin, allowing you to be more spontaneous and open to new challenges without feeling anxious and fearful.
