Counselling is a collaborative relationship, and I invite you to get in touch if you want to know more about working with me.
I look forward to our journey together, working towards your goals for counselling.
I would love to be part of your support system. Having someone next to you on your journey of healing is so important - you are not alone and you don’t have to suffer in silence. I am passionate about providing a calm, gentle and patient relationship for all my clients.
I deeply care about the well-being of everyone I work with. I have met people from all walks of life, everyone is welcome and I want to hear your story. You deserve a space without judgement to be seen and heard.
I draw on several theories of change to help you get to where you want to be. My priority is to develop our working relationship so you feel safe; we have all the time we need to build that foundational trust. Although we may be working with deep feelings, counselling can be a really fun and enlightening experience.
As part of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am passionate about working with marginalised identities. I understand what it’s like to feel isolated or rejected and not fit into what people say is normal. What makes you different is what makes you beautiful. I would love to hear from you and invite you to get in touch to explore working together.
You may be feeling anxiety, low moods, and frustrations with the challenges of day-to-day life. Perhaps you are struggling with your relationship and have decided to reach out for support. Traumatic events in your past have made it difficult for you to move forward on your own.
I will support you in achieving self-acceptance and feeling more comfortable in your own skin, allowing you to be more spontaneous and open to new challenges without feeling anxious and fearful.
