Sexuality issues

Sexuality is about your sexual feelings, thoughts, attractions, and behaviours towards other people. Although being attracted to multiple genders is common, some people struggle to accept themselves.

Some are raised in a traditional home where it is taboo to talk about the subject of sexuality, which can be puzzling and lonesome if you have questions about your own sexuality.

Maybe you have recently discovered your own sexuality and are feeling fearful of what others will think, leaving you scared and repressed about not being able to come out as your true self.

Possibly, your sexuality is playing a role in your compulsive behaviours and substance misuse, making it a challenge to have healthy and fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.

As a caring and non-judgmental therapist, I will provide a place for you to disclose any of those topics in a space where you can be yourself and feel safe.

My Professional Background

Like many people, I have had varied jobs and roles over the years, but they all had one thing in common: helping others. In 2010, I decided to go on a journey of self-discovery on a counselling course in the centre of Manchester, where my journey of person-centered therapy began.

After working overseas for some time, I moved to Leeds and graduated as a person-centered therapist. I've been fortunate to be a part of a fantastic organisation that provides generic counselling, in which I have experience and knowledge in a wide range of issues, as well as my own private work and ongoing training.

I also became a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), where I work within professional standards and ethical guidelines.

If you want any further information or have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you so much for reading about my services and my journey. I hope to hear from you soon.
